UK delivery
Our delivery costs are calculated according to the weight of your order, and starts at £3 for an individual copy of our Journal. To keep things as affordable as possible we use Royal Mail second class standard delivery. We do not use a tracked service but we can try to help where possible.
Please allow 3-4 working days for dispatch, and then it is usually 2-3 working days to receive your delivery, although it can sometimes take longer. Please get in touch if your delivery has not arrived within 10 days.
EU & International delivery
We estimate that European orders should take no longer than 14 days and orders to the rest of the world should take no longer than 21 days, however we have been made aware of delays worldwide due to customs hold ups and general staff shortage around the globe. We do not use a tracking service but if your order has not arrived within the above timescales, please do get in touch with us at info@shetlandwooladventures.com.
Brexit – As of January 1st 2021 the UK is no longer a member of the European Union. Please note that this would have meant our European customers may be subject to import VAT charged by customs in their own country. We have now started charging EU VAT at checkout so our customers can see what the charges will be and will not be charged handling fees on delivery.
International shipping rates are calculated according to the weight of your order and currently start at £6.50 for an individual copy of our journal for a European delivery. Cost is calculated at the checkout so please make sure you check this before ordering.
To keep things as affordable as possible we use Royal Mail International Standard. This is an untracked service. Please get in touch if your delivery has not arrived within 6 weeks.
We are working on expanding our international network of stockists to make our Journal and other publications more accessible to our international readers. Please check out our stockists pages for the UK, Europe, USA & Canada and the rest of the world which we update regularly, or if you know of a great shop in your town or city that you think might like to stock Shetland Wool Adventures Journal, please do let us know!

Providing your delivery details
Please ensure your delivery address details are complete and correct before placing your order. If you realise after the order has been submitted there is an error in your delivery address, please notify us by email as soon as possible –
info@shetlandwooladventures.com.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide full and correct address details and if you have purchased a subscription product and your address changes during the course of your subscription, you must notify us as soon as possible of your change of address so we can update our records. We cannot accept responsibility for a delivery going to an incorrect address and the buyer will need to place a new order if they are unable to retrieve it. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, the buyer will be required to pay the shipping fee again for the order to be resent.
Returns
Unless the journals or books have been damaged in transit (and photographic proof is supplied of the items and packaging) we cannot accept returns. For damaged magazines, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We will generally offer a replacement, or if the issue is no longer in stock we can offer a refund.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on digital products.
