The fourth volume of the Shetland Wool Adventures Journal is a real treat as we’ll travel to Fair Isle and have an opportunity to immerse ourselves into island life and follow the rhythm of this magical place.
There are many brilliant articles, features and interviews to look forward to, as well as stunning photography. It’s been wonderful to work with Susan Molloy and travel to Fair Isle with her to document the place.
Here’s a sneak peek at some of them. More next time.
You can pre-order your copy here.
The content looks amazing. I can’t wait to get my copy. Thank you for all your hard work!
It looks like the Adventure is going to be another good read!
Oh! Those colours! I love this so much. Definitely going to get my little woolly mitts on a copy of No. 4 xxx
I love the anticipation of a new journal. Then the joy of immersing myself in all things Shetland!
Eagerly awaiting the next issue as the Adventures continue. It’s my way of visiting Shetland from home, for now! Thank you Misa and crew! Susan
Looks like another fabulous issue. I will pre-order today!
I’ll be in Lerwick for a day in mid to late August…. if it’s out by then I’ll buy it IN Lerwick! Wish there were a “factory tour” I could do….. I guess I’ll just have to visit the shops and buy yarn instead LOL!
Thanks for the update. Looks Amazing 🤠🏴
Shetland Wool Adventures Journal is the highlight of my year, now twice a year actually. I’m looking forward to every page, although I originally started to buy the Journal for the knitting patterns. Warm best wishes to you all and thank you for your wonderful work on our behalf.
The preview has left me even more excited to be finding vol 4 in my mailbox sometime soon! Awesome Misa, keep it up! So hoping to visit Shetland in the future and see as many of the places as I can, go on the hikes and smell the many smells that must fill the air.
I watch Rachael on one of my you tube yarn groups The Woolly Thistle. They are an online yarn shop that I can buy wonderful Shetland yarn from. I also raise Shetland Sheep a very small flock of 5. It is a wonder to me someone who can drive 8 miles and buy food or 5 to get feed if needed for my animals. That she cant do much if any of that. Have a great day.
I, too, just looked through my personal journal and was pleased at HOW MUCH I have accomplished since the year began – and I was feeling frustration at not getting enough done when I picked it up!
Thank you, Misa. For the lovely journals to peruse and the inspiring stories and photography, we all thank you for pursuing your dream and sharing your life just as it is.
You are creating a wonderful archive!
Who ever said print was dead?
Not with beautiful publications like Shetland Wool Adventures.
A real testament to the skill, creativity and dedication from Misa and team.
Literally sat but the letterbox.
Well done to all. x

I’ve been looking forward to this next volume with great anticipation. My travel was postponed over the last two years, but I’m looking forward to a new adventure in the Shetland Isles soon. With much appreciation for your hard work in producing this journal that sparks imagination (and new projects)!
I will get to these beautiful islands one day from the other side of the worl! Looks absolutely beautiful
